Menopause is a natural part of a woman's life

Menopause is a natural part of a woman's life when her body quits producing certain hormones and ends of getting pregnant. It is a time when your body needs special care. To overcome menopause symptoms, go for regular exercise, maintain a healthy diet and take vitamin to supplement your body. Depression and anxiety is the most commom cause of menopause in women. To overcome menopause and depression, expand your social life, like joining a groups of people for morning and evening yoga or tay chi excerise or getting yourself a hobby like dancing, singing or friends gathering.

The symptoms of menopause for women are mostly night sweat and hot flashes, weight gain, mood swing mostly feel angry for a small things, feeling stress and depression, insomia and always forgetfulness.
